Give Give

We believe contactless giving is a more cost effective and convenient way of the future. Tithe.ly is our new parish data system. It will be where you register as a parishioner of St. Maurice Parish, make your financial contributions and your tax receipt will be issued from here.

Tithe.ly is secure. All financial information is encrypted and stored by their banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. You will find more details in the Q and A section.

All tax receipts will be issued through Tithel.ly, our new parish data base. As such we ask all parishioners to create an account, regardless of how you choose to donate. Thank you!

However, if the options above are difficult, it is still possible to donate by cash or cheque, please contact Claire Schultz 613-224-1892 or claire@stmauriceparish.com to make the arrangements.

Donate by credit card.

First time users are required to set up a simple account establishing an email username, password and 4 digit PIN number.  This account can be used with text or app options too.

Donate directly through your banking instution.

The use of EFT makes donations easier and more consistent, benefiting both the parishioner and the parish.

Donate using a debit card with online banking (e-Transfer).

Just like you might send money from your online banking account to a friend of a family member, you can give to the parish! Unlike typical e-Transfers, sending money to the parish doesn’t require a password; you can simply list the recipient as office@stmauriceparish.com, and the money will automatically be deposited. If you want a tax receipt, be sure to indicate your name and address in the ‘message’ field of your e-Transfer.

Please contact your bank if you wish to give by e-Transfer but are not set up for onling banking.

Confused and need help?

We would like to make this change to online giving as easy as possible for all our parishioners and so if for any reason you require assistance donating please email claire@stmauriceparish.com
