Volunteering to help with Mass during COVID-19

We need your help…

As you may have noticed, coming to Mass during COVID-19 has been quite different. At St. Maurice Parish we have taken many precautions in order to ensure that you and your family are as safe as possible when you come to worship with us.

For these past few weeks, we have been blessed to have a wonderful team of volunteers which has made it possible to reopen for Mass on the weekends.

In order to keep this going, and hopefully to reopen daily Masses we need to recruit more volunteers, especially during the summer months when more people are traveling and away for various reasons.

We have a variety of positions which we could use volunteers for, whether it is helping with greeting and registration, ushering, or with cleaning and sanitization.

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the contact form below, and check any of the boxes that interest you and someone will be in contact with you.

Our requirements for volunteers at this time is that you are under 65, and that you have no pre-existing health conditions that put you at high risk in the event that you caught COVID-19. Also, you must not be exhibiting any symptoms, or have recently travelled out of country or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick.

Thank you for your prayerful consideration!
