Reopening of Masses with a Congregation
Weekend Masses have resumed. We will continue to provide an online Mass which will be livestreamed on Saturday night at the 5pm Mass and available for viewing at your convenience. The obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains lifted by the Archbishop.
Registration for Mass
Parishioners are required to register in advance. You will receive an email back to confirm a Mass time by Saturday morning. Registration opens weekly on Mondays at 8am and closes on Wednesdays at midnight.
30 Percent Capacity
In compliance with the public health authorities, Mass in the Church will be celebrated with a maximum of 30% capacity which will also include distribution of Holy Communion.
All those attending Mass shall do so at their own risk. Please be mindful of the importance of families and individuals to take responsibility for protecting themselves and others.
For the well being of all our Parishioners we would kindly request that the following people stay home.
– People with COVID 19 or who live with someone with COVID 19
– People who have been exposed to someone with COVID
– People with any flu like symptoms
– Anyone having recently travelled outside of Canada
We would encourage the following people to stay home for the sake of the wider community.
– Anyone living with someone with upper respiratory or flu-like symptoms
– All people, especially the elderly, with comprised medical conditions
– Family member who live with elderly people or those who are risk.
Our main washrooms will be cordoned off because we will not be able to keep up with sanitizing them after each use. The washroom in the Mezzanine will be open for emergencies.
Physical distancing rules will be in place everywhere in the church and outside in the entrance ways and parking lot.
People will not be permitted to meet in groups before or after Mass. Please enter and exit the church as directed by the ushers.
Based on new requirements from the Government and Archdiocese, wearing a mask is required in order to enter the Church and attend Mass.
Thank you very much for those who are continuing to support our parish financially during this time. In order to limit the contact with paper and money at this time we are still encouraging parishioners to donate online rather than bringing envelopes and money to the weekend masses. There is a “Donation” dropdown menu on our homepage with various online donation options.
